Prorated Subscription and Services

Subscription to One Stop Grants entitles you to certain services depending on the level in which you enroll. Full use of features such as searchable Grant Opportunities with detail; Federal and State Opportunities with detail; FAQ; Email Alerts; and Ask a Question are available to you regardless of effective date of your enrollment. However, specific requested services such as proposal summaries and worksheets; customized searches; and editorial services are prorated according to your enrollment date and are reflected in the reduced cost to you for your subscription.

Below is a chart that details the costs and specific services you are entitled to, based on the effective date of your enrollment. Any verification of subscription* received after the 20^th of the month will start your enrollment the1st of the following month.

*For Capital Region BOCES component school, subscription is verified upon receipt by One Stop Grants of your signed district superintendent’s letter (link to “Become A Member”). For schools located in other New York State BOCES, subscription is verified upon approval for cross contracting by subscriber school’s BOCES administrative office.
