One Stop Grants offers reasonably priced subscription services at various levels that empower the user with the knowledge and resources necessary to locate appropriate funding opportunities, develop quality programs and write successful grants. Districts may opt to have more than one authorized user of this service. 

Becoming a member:

The process for becoming a member of the Capital Region BOCES Grant Writing Service depends on whether your school district is a component district of Capital Region BOCES. If your district is one of our component districts please select that link below. If not, select the non-component district link.

Here is an overview of the process:

  1. Select appropriate link to enrollment page below.
  2. Person initiating enrollment fills out and submits contact form.
  3. Download a copy of the letter (MS Word document) requesting service.
  4. Adjust letter for your school district.
  5. For component districts - letter gets sent directly to us.
  6. For non-component district - letter gets sent to your district superintendent for approval, and then mailed to us.
  7. Once all approvals are in place, you will receive and email from us with your member ID and password.
