Requirements |
Public school must involve nonpublic school in planning and implementation. Public schools and BOCES are only eligible leads. |

Purpose |
To improve student academic performance in relation to the NYS learning standards with particular focus on math, ELA and early literacy through integration of educational technology in districts, school buildings and classroom activities. Seek to:

Competitive Priority |
Coordination across all federal and state educational programs including Model Schools, Teacher Resource and Computer Training Centers, Special Education training and Bilingual Educational Technical Assistance Centers. |

SELECTION CRITERIA – Project abstract limit ½ page – Narrative limit is 14 double-spaced pages, 12 pt font. |

Objectives (10 pts) |
List clear, realist measurable objectives that address the academic and technology needs listed above and link to NYS learning standards. |

Project Activities, Outline Timeline (25 pts) |
List activities, methods and strategies that will be conducted to achieve above state objectives. Include timeline. Activities must be based on research relevant to student attainment of NYS learning standards. |
